Mariposa Jungle Lodge is a hidden Gem, Located about 13 miles away from San Ignacio.
What we liked about this Jungle lodge is the privacy of the Cabana neatly tucked away in the jungle. All cabanas are fully air-condition, fitted with King, Queen or Twin beds.
You will find no shortage of amenities here, Mariposa Jungle has a Swimming Pool, Restaurant and Bar, kids play away and many other activities on-site.

Cahal Pech Village Resort is a great place to stay, if you are looking in San Ignacio Town. Located next to the Cahal Pech Archeological site and 5 minutes from Downtown. Great for anyone looking to explore more of the town and people.
Staying here won’t cost extra and can earn you some discount on our tours.
We got the most personalized tour of ATM cave possible, with only our group of three and the guide. Our guide was so nice and knowledgeable, with 22 (I think) years of experience in the cave. This cave is globally unique and just awe-dropping in so many ways. I am glad they don't allow cameras, because it is too sacred to loose focus with a digital device. Please go with Pacz tours for this excursion - they were just fantastic. We were out of cash by the end, and I feel really bad for not tipping (our guide really deserved it), so please remember to bring a tip for your guide. This tour is an absolute must for anyone in Belize - it was the highlight of our entire trip.
