Pacz Tours Cancellation & Refund Policy

We appreciate your trust in Pacz Tours and are committed to providing clear and fair policies for all our guests. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events beyond our control.

Payment Terms

  • We accept VISA and MasterCard via our secure online payment system (High Point Travel or pacztours.net, provided by atlabank.com).
  • Please note: Your final charge may be slightly higher than the quoted amount due to credit card currency exchange fees.
  • By making payment through any of our online options, you agree to these policies.

Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Bookings: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your tour departure time receive a full refund, less a 4.5% processing fee.
  • Last-Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable and must be paid in full before the tour begins.
  • ATM Cave Tours: Due to weather conditions, ATM Cave tours may be canceled or rescheduled. Updates can be provided as late as the morning of your tour. If ATM Cave is closed, you may reschedule or switch to a Crystal Cave tour of similar difficulty.
  • Rescheduling: We do not charge fees for date or tour changes, provided you notify us in advance.

Refund

  • Cancellations within 48 hours: No refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations before 48 hours: Full refund minus 4.5% processing fee.
  • Operator Cancellation: If Pacz Tours cancels your tour for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Weather & Scheduling

Weather can significantly impact river and cave activities. We actively monitor conditions and adapt itineraries to ensure your safety:
  • River Levels: Excessive rainfall in mountain areas can raise river levels, requiring tour adjustments.
  • Low Water Levels: Occasionally, low rivers can limit navigation and require alternative activities.
  • Cave Closures: If rangers report unsafe conditions, we may close caves for your protection.
We strive to balance safety and adventure and will communicate any changes promptly.

Liability & Indemnity

When you book with Pacz Tours, you accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and your party. We reserve the right to terminate a tour in the event of misconduct, and you agree to indemnify Pacz Tours against any claims resulting from damage caused by you or your group.

While we take all reasonable measures to ensure your safety and enjoyment, we cannot be held liable for:

  • Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, sudden closures).
  • Incidents arising from your own actions or health conditions.
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings.

Safety Disclaimer

All tours involve outdoor activities and may include hiking, swimming, and traversing uneven terrain. Guests should be in good health and advise us of any medical conditions or limitations prior to departure. Our guides are CPR-certified and trained in basic first aid.
