Welcome to Pacz Tours. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and booking of tours (“Services”) provided by Pacz Tours (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Pacz Tours offers guided adventure and cultural tours in Belize, including but not limited to visits to the ATM Cave, Tikal Mayan Ruins, Caracol, cave tubing, zip-lining, and other nature experiences. Details for each tour are provided on our website or upon inquiry.

2. Booking and Payment

  • To reserve a tour, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
  • Full payment must be received at least 2 days before the tour date.
  • We accept payments via credit/debit card, cash (Belize or US dollars), and authorized mobile payment methods.
  • Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour start time qualify for a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • If Pacz Tours cancels a tour due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Guests must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their participation.
  • Participants should be in suitable physical condition for the chosen tours, which may involve hiking, climbing, or swimming.
  • Guests agree to follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided by our guides.
  • Inappropriate behavior that endangers the group or staff may result in termination of participation without refund.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

  • Pacz Tours and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from participation in tours, except where caused by our negligence.
  • Adventure activities carry inherent risks, and guests participate at their own risk.
  • We do not accept liability for personal belongings lost or damaged during tours.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a risk to themselves or others.

6. Force Majeure

Pacz Tours is not responsible for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternatives or refunds.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Belize courts.
